Growth is coming, but how Brentwood grows determines the community we become. Development should never outpace roads, water, schools, and essential services.
I will carefully evaluate development based on its impact on traffic, infrastructure, public services, water, existing neighborhoods, agriculture, and long-term city finances.
I believe infrastructure and community needs must be part of the conversation before—not after—growth occurs, ensuring smart expansion that respects existing neighborhoods.
Local Businesses & Agriculture
Small businesses and agriculture are an essential part of Brentwood's economy and identity. As our city grows, we must ensure they are not pushed aside by policies, fees, or development decisions.
I will work to identify unnecessary barriers facing local businesses, encourage collaborative city leadership, support a vibrant downtown, and safeguard our local agricultural heritage.

Transparent Government
Every dollar the city spends comes from the community. As costs increase, the city must carefully prioritize spending and consider the financial impact on residents and businesses.
Residents should feel that City Hall listens to them and that important decisions are made openly, with meaningful opportunities for genuine community input.
I will examine long-term costs, prioritize essential services, and support responsible budgeting to protect Brentwood's quality of life while keeping local costs in check.
I will be accessible, listen before making decisions, ask difficult questions, and treat residents as true partners in shaping the future of our city.
